Privacy policy

This policy explains what personal information Datainfinite collects when you use this website or buy an eSIM from us, why we collect it, who we share it with and how long we keep it.

Who we are

Datainfinite is an independent eSIM reseller. We supply 12-month unlimited-data eSIMs through licensed carrier partners. You can reach us at datainfiniteofficial@gmail.com, on WhatsApp at +1 (586) 369 7708, or by post at 30 N Gould St 53897, Sheridan, WY 82801, United States.

What we collect

• Order details: when you place an order we record your name, email address, phone number, billing address (and company name, if you give one), the country and quantity you ordered, the price, your handset model and any notes you add.
• Enquiries: when you use the contact form, email us or message us on WhatsApp, we keep your name, contact details, handset model and what you wrote to us.
• Technical information: your IP address, the approximate location derived from it (country, city and network provider), your browser and device type, the page you came from and the pages you visit.

We do not collect card or bank details on this website. No payment is taken when you place an order.

What we use it for

• Confirming your handset supports eSIM, issuing your invoice and delivering your eSIM QR code.
• Supporting you for the 12 months of your plan.
• Showing prices and coverage for your country.
• Understanding how the website is used so we can improve it.
• Detecting and blocking spam, fraud and abusive submissions.
• Keeping the records we are required to keep for accounting and tax purposes.

Cookies and tracking

This website uses a small number of cookies:

• Session cookie (essential): keeps the website working while you browse, including your country and currency and the security token on our forms. It expires when you close your browser or after two hours of inactivity.
• di_visitor (analytics): a random identifier that lets our own analytics count returning visitors. It holds no personal details and lasts 12 months.
• Google Tag Manager and Google Analytics (analytics): we use Google's tools to measure visits and which pages are useful. Google sets its own cookies for this; see how Google uses cookies.

You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings. The website will still work without the analytics cookies.

Who we share it with

We share only what each party needs to do its job:

• Our carrier partners, who supply the eSIM profile and the network connection.
• Our hosting and email providers, who store this website and its database and deliver our emails.
• Cloudflare Turnstile, which checks that a form is being submitted by a person and not a bot.
• IP location services (ipwho.is and ipapi.co), which receive your IP address to tell us which country you are in.
• Google, for the analytics described above.
• WhatsApp, if you choose to contact us there; your conversation is also covered by WhatsApp's own privacy policy.

We do not sell your personal information, we do not share it with advertisers, and we do not send you marketing you did not ask for. We may disclose information where the law requires it.

How long we keep it

• Orders and invoices: for as long as we need them to support your plan, and afterwards for as long as accounting and tax rules require.
• Enquiries: for as long as we need them to answer and support you. You can ask us to delete them at any time.
• Website analytics: individual page-view and event records are deleted automatically after 180 days. Totals that do not identify anyone may be kept longer.

Security

The website is served over an encrypted connection, the admin area is password protected, and access to your information is limited to the people who need it to serve you.

Your rights

You can ask us for a copy of the information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, ask us to delete it, or object to our using it for analytics. Write to datainfiniteofficial@gmail.com and we will reply within 30 days. Where we must keep a record by law, such as an invoice, we will tell you.

Children

Our service is not directed at children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect their information.

Changes to this policy

If we change how we handle your information we will update this page. The date at the bottom shows when it last changed.
