Terms and conditions

These terms apply when you buy an eSIM from Datainfinite. Please read them before you place an order. By placing an order you agree to them.

1. Who we are

Datainfinite is an independent eSIM reseller. We do not own a mobile network: the connectivity is supplied by our licensed carrier partners and runs on their local partner networks.

2. The service

We sell a 12-month unlimited-data eSIM for one country of your choice. It covers that country only, carries data only, and does not provide a phone number for calls or SMS. The 12 months start when the eSIM is activated on our partner network.

3. Device requirements

Your device must support eSIM and must not be carrier-locked, factory-locked or JV (Joint Venture) restricted — a JV handset is SIM-locked to a specific foreign carrier under contract. We confirm compatibility with you before you pay; a device that does not meet these requirements cannot be activated. You are responsible for telling us your exact handset model.

4. Prices

The price shown is for the full 12-month term and is paid once. There is no contract and no automatic renewal. Pricing in some countries may vary depending on local network conditions and other factors outside our control, so we confirm the exact price with you before you pay. Reseller pricing applies only to a single order of 10 or more eSIMs.

5. Ordering and payment

When you place an order on this website, no payment is taken. We email you an invoice with a number starting DI- and the payment details. Your order is confirmed when the invoice is paid in full, and we then send your eSIM QR code by email and WhatsApp. We do not collect card or bank details on this website. An order that is not paid may be cancelled.

6. Fair Usage Policy (FUP)

Data is unlimited and hotspot use is unrestricted, subject to the Fair Usage Policy of the partner network in your country. There is no fixed daily or monthly data cap, but under that policy data speed may be managed during periods of exceptionally heavy use or network congestion, so that the service stays usable for everyone. Wherever this site describes data as unlimited, this Fair Usage Policy applies.

7. Acceptable use

The service is for personal and business use by the purchaser. Resale is permitted only for approved resellers buying at the reseller rate. Bulk redistribution outside that arrangement, automated traffic generation and any unlawful use are not permitted, and may lead to the eSIM being suspended by the carrier without a refund.

8. Coverage and speed

Coverage depends on our partner networks in each country and on conditions we do not control. We do not guarantee a particular speed, and service may be interrupted by network maintenance, local outages or decisions of the network operator or local authorities.

9. Support

Support is available 24/7 through WhatsApp and email for the full 12 months of your plan.

10. Refunds

Refunds are covered by our Refund Policy, which forms part of these terms. In short: an order can be cancelled free of charge before payment; a paid order is refunded in full if cancelled before the QR code is issued; an issued but uninstalled QR code is reviewed case by case; an installed eSIM is not refundable for a change of mind; and if we cannot get a compatible device working on our partner network, we replace the eSIM or refund you.

11. Liability

We supply the service with reasonable care and skill. To the extent the law allows, our total liability to you for any order is limited to the price you paid for it, and we are not liable for indirect losses such as lost business or lost profit. Nothing in these terms limits any right you have that cannot be limited by law.

12. Your information

How we handle your personal information is explained in our Privacy Policy.

13. Changes

We may update these terms. The version published on this page at the time of your order is the one that applies to it.
